(2023 race dates, please note we believe the formulas will be as written, however we will if need to change the formulas the only exception is ninja karts & junior rods dates will not change! As you are written is how you will race this will allow you to book holidays etc for the kids.)

INFORMATION DRIVERS & SPECTATORS:-

On 2 day championship events the following information will help

Paid practice on Saturdays 9am-1pm 
And access is only available for Friday campers or practice cars only! Anyone who is NOT camping Friday or practicing will be held in the public car park until 1.30pm once practice cars leave then you will be able to enter site.

Racing on Saturday of championship weekend will start at 3pm sharp! 

Sundays of 2 day events will be gates open at 10 am racing at 12 midday.

Friday camping gates open at 6pm last entry 9pm, camping fee applies & will be collected by staff during your set up. 

Saturday camping is payable on entry at time of gates opening from 1.30 pm.

You are advised to keep your camp areas tight as previously some of you have spread out and taken oversize room making pit parking difficult for other competitors this year you will be monitored and may have to move your pitches.

Camping fees are £20 per unit per night and £2 per person over 10 yrs of age.

*Admission prices on 2 day events & special events will vary to normal admission costs.

Licences will be available to purchase online as per 2023 as a card licence only and will be available to purchase from Monday 5th February not before, and will be valid from 1st March 2024 until 31st November 2024

*Special meetings include:- 2 day championship meetings, Siamese racing, van bangers, Levi Cameron Lucas meeting, caravan bangers, fireworks war of the worlds, xmas special.

Driver & spectators information regarding camping on weekend events:-

 

(Please note! camping on championship weekends is entry from 4pm the day before the weekend event, cost is £20 per unit per night plus £2 per person over 5yrs) payable on entry.

 

Generators MUST be turned off no later than 11.30pm any night and must Not be started prior to 8.30 am the next morning.  We strongly recommend that you bring drinking & washing water with you.

 

Drivers please note that any race cars left over night this year if your not staying on site are parked on centre green at the end of the meeting only, as last season drivers abandoned cars wherever they felt leaving us struggling to park tightly pit space and we cannot allow that this year guys.  They must be removed from centre green by 10am the next race day.

 

A landlord request:- if staying on a Friday night there is no entry to or from site to set up or leave after 7.30 pm, we are asked politely to adhere to his rules as this is also his home.  Obviously you can leave if it’s an emergency but please refrain from just nipping out for silly reasons.

 

On race nights there is to be no engine noise once racing finishes.

 

If not practicing during the morning paid practice sessions we politely ask you NOT to arrive before 6pm as other uses happen on site and car park is limited, you will be held in a holding area outside the stadium if you arrive before the practice finish time.

 

All race cars must arrive ready to race as we cannot have overnight grinding cutting or revving due to local residents. This means no noise once racing stops.

 

Drivers are responsible at all times for their pit crews actions. Let’s enjoy the events, but keeping everyone happy especially our local residents.

 

On 2 day events there will be music entertainment and bar facilities on the night prior to the weekend if staying over the night before, and during the weekend to make for a true weekend event.

 

We thank everyone for your support of the raceway & facilities and ask politely that whilst you enjoy your visit that you help us keep waste to a minimum and in bins provided to help keeping a clean environment for our visitors & site users.

 

Drivers are asked to put all general rubbish including cut cable ties into the bins provided in your pit areas.
